Franklin Savings Bank Receives FAME’s Lender at Work for Maine Award
Farmington, Maine – Franklin Savings Bank is honored to announce it has been awarded the Lender at Work for Maine Award by the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) at its annual Showcase Maine event. This prestigious recognition celebrates Franklin Savings Bank’s dedication to advancing Maine’s economy through its commitment to job creation, community support, and superior customer service.

Franklin Savings Bank’s selection as the recipient in the financial institutions under $1.5 billion category reflects its outstanding efforts in supporting local businesses and strengthening the community.
Over the past year, Franklin Savings Bank partnered with FAME on 10 loans totaling approximately $4.5 million, helping to create new Maine jobs and retain an additional 85 jobs. A highlight of this collaboration was a transaction with JG Hospitality Holdings LLC, the operating entity for The Inn at Rostay in Bethel, Maine. This partnership resulted in the creation of new jobs and the retention of existing jobs, supporting a key hospitality business in proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort and Bethel Village.
