Farmington– Franklin Savings Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Dylan Smith to the officer-level position of Controller. Dylan has been an integral member of the Franklin Savings Bank team for six and a half years, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for supporting the Bank’s mission.

Dylan began his career at Franklin Savings Bank in 2018 as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, quickly transitioning to an Accounting Intern in early 2019. Over the years, he has established himself as a cornerstone of the accounting team, valued for his deep knowledge of departmental operations, strong troubleshooting abilities, and dedication to collaboration. Dylan is widely recognized as a go-to resource, offering invaluable insights and support across the Bank.
