Customer Contact Center
We are excited to share the creation of our Customer Contact Center (CCC). The Franklin Savings Bank CCC was developed to increase efficiencies for the customer, you. This means, every time you call Franklin Savings Bank, you will be able to talk to a live person, not a robot, that lives right here in the state of Maine. That’s what we like to call neighbors helping neighbors.
The six-person team has a remarkable ninety-seven years of combined service with FSB. Each time you call one of our branches, you will select from the call menu (listed below), connecting you with a member of our team who will answer your question, or connect you with the right person for the job. This means no more voicemails, phone tag, or frustrations, you get to talk to a representative each and every time you call.
