NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

Pursuant to 14 M.R.S., Section 6323

This is a Notice of Public Sale being issued pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale granted by the Maine District Court, Division of Somerset, Docket No. SKO-RE-24-14 in an action brought by Franklin Savings Bank against Dennis Willie and Barbara Anderson. It may be noted that Dennis Willie and Barbara Anderson are the sole heirs of the late Catherine A. Willie who died with no Will June 8, 2022, Catherine A. Willie having been a surviving joint tenant of Timothy Willie who died in 2021. Accordingly pursuant to said Judgment on the mortgage deed dated September 14, 2020 recorded at Book 5607, Page 90 Somerset County Registry of Deeds, the statutory ninety (90) day redemption period having elapsed without redemption, notice is hereby given that there will be sold at public sale at Franklin Savings Bank, 194 Madison Avenue, Skowhegan, Maine on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m the following described premises:-

Being land and buildings at 14 High Street, Harmony, State of Maine 04942, further described in said mortgage deed of Book 5607, Page 90 Somerset County Registry of Deeds.

There will be an open house at the premises Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 2 pm to 4 pm.
