Based out of the Farmington and Wilton locations, Katie will oversee branch operations, lead customer service initiatives, and continue to provide exceptional support to the bank’s valued customers.
Katie joined Franklin Savings Bank 13 years ago as a Senior Customer Service Representative. Her dedication, exceptional time management skills, and commitment to both her team and customers have propelled her to this leadership role. Katie has become an integral part of the Customer Service Department across all FSB locations, setting a standard of excellence that inspires her colleagues.
In addition to her professional achievements, Katie’s commitment to the community shines through her involvement in local initiatives and her genuine care for others. A resident of Chesterville, Katie lives with her husband and is the proud mother of two adult children.
