Leanne Gagne has been promoted to Vice President, Loan Officer, and Jennifer Merrill has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. These promotions reflect their hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the Bank, its customers, and the communities they serve.
Leanne Gagne has been an integral part of Franklin Savings Bank for 36 years, starting her career as a receptionist. Over the years, she has built a strong customer portfolio and an extensive client base, embodying the values of community banking. Leanne is a true culture champion at FSB, dedicated to making FSB a great place to work. She is also deeply involved in her community, frequently giving back through various nonprofit organizations.

Leanne resides in Dixfield with her husband. Together, they share two adult children and a life full of cherished grandchildren.
Jennifer Merrill has been a key player in Franklin Savings Bank’s success for 27 years. She has played a crucial role in the growth and efficiency of the Commercial Department, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes. In recent years, she has taken on a more visible role as a Loan Officer, supporting the Bank’s significant Rumford-based commercial portfolio. Her expertise has contributed greatly to the Bank’s continued success.
